Will repotting my cyclamen make it bloom more?

I haven't had many new blooms in the last few weeks and it usually blooms continuously. Anyone have any good info on these flowers?

Will repotting my cyclamen make it bloom more?
Cyclamens go dormant after a blooming period, yours may be headed that way as it is slowing down on blooming., Here is a good web site on care of a cyclamens as house plants:

Reply:I am assuming your plant is indoors.

Have you been fertilizing your cyclamen?

Also, they like cool temps, (60 degrees day/50 degrees at night...not really practical during the winter if you are heating your home, I know-- just check your room temp.

If you don't have alot of humidity, place yor plant on a tray of pebbles and add water--not too much, as you don't want the roots at the bottom of the plant to touch the water and rot.

Cyclamen like an east-facing window, or a location where they receive sun, but not direct sunlight.

Cyclamen do tend to get smaller as they get older--you could re-pot your plant and give it a try. You can also divide the corm--cut it in half, dust w/ root powder, and place the 2 sections in 2 small pots. Good luck!
